  Job Duties

  Works to increase product sales and identifies opportunities for sales. Secures orders from existing and potential customers by means of visiting the customer’s facility. Secures opportunities to quote on customer requirements and follows up on quotations submitted to customers. Establishes professional customer / vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel. Performs all assigned duties in the assigned sales territory. Provides business reports on weekly basis. Submits weekly activity / call report concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, and problems concerning customer / vendor relationships. Provides daily reporting of accomplishments.

  Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • Must have one year computer use experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or other related field along with a minimum of two years experience in outside sales.
  • No prior dental experience is required as orientation period includes extensive training course.
  • Must satisfactorily pass training course and also meet minimum sales requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Valid Credit Card for use when traveling for company related events i.e. training (to be reimbursed).

• Registered Dental Assistant - Consultant

  Location: Santa Maria, CA

  Job Duties

  The Consultant is responsible for evaluating cases that come in to the studio in order to consult with dentists to achieve satisfaction on the completion of their cases. Works with the Senior Consultant on more difficult cases in order to ensure proper methods are utilized to process cases successfully. Interacts with various support personnel to assure case success. Reviews cases with the Sr. Consultant as necessary and assist the Studio as needed.

  Essential Qualifications

  • An RDA or CDA and 5 years of experience is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to interact favorably with dentists using friendly, professional and courteous telephone etiquette.

• Marketing Coordinator/Analyst

  Job Duties

  Supports and assists Associates and Product Managers in their daily activities and various projects. Responsible for organizing marketing collateral including advertising, mailings, presentations and special sales programs in order to increase net sales. Assists in survey creation and reporting. Coordinates images and copy for special projects, bulletins and helps organize sampling programs. Assists in marketing projects/functions for domestic distributors, group practices, key clinicians, and universities.

  Job Duties

  Grows and develops customers and prospects accounts by building strong relationships and providing LUMINEERS placement chair side assistance. Responds to customer inquiries via the telephone, email or in person. Provide local/regional and National presentations to groups of Dentists, Dental Assistant and Hygienists.

  Essential Qualifications

  • An RDA is required along with one or more years of LUMINEERS placement experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, self motivated and well organized.
  • Must have a valid state issued drivers license with a clear DMV record.
  • Professional phone presence with the ability to build lasting business relationships.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
